About tow weeks ago we have offered you a very simple recipe of a chocolate cake. This time we are going to cook a white vegan cake which is also very simple.
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup soy milk or other acceptable ‘milk’
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Egg replacer equivalent to 1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a cake pan. In large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Combine remaining ingredients, and add to flour mixture. Beat for 2 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out dry.
