We don’t start with the rice. First of all we fry garlic. In a big pan with preheated oil we fry grinded garlic together with ginger. Then we add the sliced chili and then the chopped onion and fry till the onion gets sweaty and light brown in color. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes get fried. Then we add the Basmati Rice and water. Cook till the water is vanished.
Recommended to serve wit Raita.
