Tofu Pasty

tofu pastyIngredients:

  • 250 g tofu
  • 2 eggs (or substitute)
  • 1 cup flour
  • some salt
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • filling to taste

First of all we make the pastry from tofu, eggs, flour, and salt. When it’s done let it stay for 60 minutes or so. Then divide into pieces, and make balls out of them. Fill in the balls, and fry on vegetable oil at covered pan.

Makes 16 pieces.
