Tofu Balls

Tofu BallsIngredients:

  • 200 g firm tofu
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp vegetable butter
  • some salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin


Mash the tofu in a bowl. Add a half of grated cheese, cumin, and salt. Mix well, and place in a fridge for 20-30 minutes (till the mass is firm).

Then make small balls, and roll them in the grates cheese. It’s done. Serve with morning toasts or any kind of cooked potatoes.
