Toasts with Apricots

Toasts with ApricotsIf you like having a quick breakfast then why don’t you make toasts with apricots.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of bread
  • 2 apricots
  • 30 g vegetable butter
  • some sugar


Cover bread with butter. Onto each piece place a half of an apricot cut up. Into a hollow place a small piece of butter and some sugar.

Bake for 10 minutes in a very hot oven till the bread is brown and apricots are melted.
