If you want to cook a vegetarian pizza there is a very simple recipe of no yeast dough. By the way, somehow it happens that the simpler recipe of dough is the tastier pizza you get. So, for making dough you need:

4 cups of unbleached flour

2 cups of soymilk

1/2 cup of olive oil

salt

5 tblsp baking powder

sesame seeds

rosemary and thyme

your favorite vegetables (cooked or raw)

When we say ‘1 cup’ we mean that it equals to 8 fluid ounces. Sesame, rosemary and thyme are optional, but are highly recommended. Surely you already have all this at hand.

Simply mix flour with baking powder, add a pinch of salt and all spices. Then slowly add the soy milk and oil, and knead it all for 10-15 minutes. Dough is almost ready. Put it into refrigerator for 10-20 minutes before placing it at oven. Keep it there for 15-20 minutes at 350F. When it’s almost cooked place vegetable on it and put it back into the oven for 7-10 more minutes more.
