There is a good rule for every meal that we cook: our food should not just be healthy and tasty, but it should also be good-looking. This salad is definitely corresponds to this rule and will be good either for breakfast or dessert to any meal.

Ingredients:

1 pineapple, large ripe

2 oranges, seedless

2 bananas

1 cup blueberries

Before you start make sure that you thoroughly washed the pineapple. Lay it on a large plate and cut it in half in such a way that each half has a half of green leafy top (as you can see on the picture). And now we use a curved grapefruit knife: cut around the inside of the one pineapple halves into 4-5 lenghtwise wedges (carefully, don’t cut through the skin), and remove them. Cut these wedges into bite sized pieces and place them in a bowl with any jiuce you like. Do the same with the second half of the pineapple.

Now it’s time for the filling. Wash and peel the oranges and the bananas. Cut them into bite sized pieces, and add to the bowl with pineapple pieces and juice. After that add there blueberries.

Use a spoon to fill the hollowed out pineapple halves, so that it is mounted above the pineapple.
