This recipe contains a little of wine, so, be carefull when giving it to children. If you don’t like strawberries pr just want to make your dessert more original you can use any other berries or a combination of them.

Ingredients:

¼ lb caster sugar

¼ lb strawberries – hulled and halved

2 tbsp white wine

2 tbsp lemon juice

5 fluid oz water

Take a pan, put the water in it, and make the sugar dissolve. Bring this sweet water to a boil, and make it simmer for one minute. Take off the heat and allow to cool to room temperature. When it’s cold combine it with the rest of ingredient, and use a food processor to blend until fairly smooth. Oh, yeah, leave some berries for the garnish. All this should stay in freezer for over night. Before serving blend it again for only several seconds to make it more ‘fluffy’, and garnish with strawberries (or any other berries).

Date rolls could be a very good dessert for your party or just casual family dinner. The process of making them is extremely simple, and it doesn’t require numerous ingredients. Actually they are all listed in the topic:

pitted fresh dates

roasted/non-salted mixed soft nuts

vegan shredded coconut

The more date rolls you want to make the bigger amount of these ingredients you need to take.

Use a potato masher to mash the dates in a large bowl. In advance please make sure that dates are really pitted. It’s important. To very dry dates you can add some hot water – just enough to moisten them.

Then you need to get a good mix of dates and nuts in order to make small balls out of it (or you can make them any other form you like). Spread out shredded coconut on table and roll the date/nut balls around until sufficiently covered with coconut. That’s all!

You will also need orange rind and vanilla. These two ingredients will give your muffins incredible and at the same time gentle smell. Mix them with butter and sugar to get a fluffy mass. Continue mixing and simultaneously add the eggs, the flour, soured cream, and carrot puree. Spoon the mixture into greased muffin tins, and sprinkle with nuts. Bake them at 350F for about 25 minutes. When they are ready they turn a golden color.

Variations of this vegetarian drink are numerous. Surely you have already tasted one or several of them somewhere or
even made it yourself. Today we offer you to make this milkshake from the following:

2 cups chocolate soy milk

2 middle-size bananas

4-6 ice cubes

2-3 drops of vanilla extract

The last one is optional. It is for those who feel that vanilla gives an additional note to the taste. So, the only thing you have to do with all these simple ingredients is to mix them in a blender until smooth. And of course you should serve it immediately till its cold.

You will get only two serves. If you need to make more portions simply add an appropriate amount of the listed ingredients.

To make this sauce it’ll take you a little time and several ingredients:

1/2 cup Dutch cocoa powder

1/2 cup maple syrup (light or dark)

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

3 Tbsp. soy milk

Mix together the first three ingredients. Make sure you get indiscrete mass as a result. Then put it all in a small saucepan, and watch it simmer for about 2 minutes. Don’t forget to stir the mass in order not to burn the chocolate. In 2 minutes put the saucepan aside, and stir in the soy milk. When it’s done pour the chocolate into squeeze bottles for later use.

The oven has to be preheated to 350°F. Then we take the nondairy cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla and pour into the graham cracker crust and blend it all together. After you get a paste put on a pan and bake for about 60 minutes until the top is golden brown. Take it out and wait till it gets cold.

Then put it into refrigerator for at least 8 hours. You can say: ‘Hey, you forgot about cherries!’ Don’t worry, it’s not time for them yet. After 8 or more hours in a fridge cover top of the “cheese” cake with the cherry pie filling and allow it to chill for at least one hour more. By the way, you can use fresh pitted sweet cherries.

You’ll be surprised, but to make a tasty vegetarian banana pudding pie you don’t even have to roast anything. This recipe is as simple as most of other vegetarian desserts. Want to make sure? Take the following:

1 box plain graham crackers

2 large bananas

2 large boxes regular vanilla pudding

5 1/4 cups Silk vanilla soy milk

1 can chocolate frosting

Take a flat baking dish. On the bottom place a layer of graham crackers, then a layer of sliced bananas, and cover it all with a layer of pudding mixed with Silk vanilla soy milk. Repeat the procedure once again. Leave some graham crackers for the top, and frost it with chocolate.

After keeping it for 1 hour in fridge you’ll get about 6 servings of an excellent banana pudding.
