one 9 oz (250 g) pack of dried apricots

1 cup (3½ oz, 100 g) cranberries (fresh or frozen)

Apricots and cranberries are a winning combination, and this simple dessert exploits the full flavor of both. It not only looks and tastes great, it is an excellent source of vitamins, fiber and potassium (which helps regulate blood pressure), and is almost completely fat-free.

Wash the apricots (even if the pack says that they are ready to eat). Put them in a pan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil, and simmer slowly for about 15 minutes. Add the cranberries. Boil for a further eight to ten minutes. Leave to cool before serving.

This salad is definitely corresponds to this rule and will be good either for breakfast or dessert to any meal.

Ingredients:

1 pineapple, large ripe

2 oranges, seedless

2 bananas

1 cup blueberries

Before you start make sure that you thoroughly washed the pineapple. Lay it on a large plate and cut it in half in such a way that each half has a half of green leafy top (as you can see on the picture). And now we use a curved grapefruit knife: cut around the inside of the one pineapple halves into 4-5 lenghtwise wedges (carefully, don’t cut through the skin), and remove them. Cut these wedges into bite sized pieces and place them in a bowl with any jiuce you like. Do the same with the second half of the pineapple.

Now it’s time for the filling. Wash and peel the oranges and the bananas. Cut them into bite sized pieces, and add to the bowl with pineapple pieces and juice. After that add there blueberries.

Use a spoon to fill the hollowed out pineapple halves, so that it is mounted above the pineapple.

That is why today we would like to offer you an extremely simple recipe of chocolate cake. Do you know at least one person who doesn’t like chocolate cakes? That’s right!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup white unbleached flour

1 cup sugar

3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 tablespoon salt

3 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons apple sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 teaspoons instant coffee (optional for making the cake darker)

1 cup cold water

melted non-dairy baking chocolate (optional)
