Spicy Soup

Spicy SoupIngredients:

  • 3 cups vegetable stock
  • 6-7 onions
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1-2 pieces of lemon
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 can green peas


Peel the onion, slice it, and put into the vegetable stock. Add olive oil, ground pepper, and salt. Cover the pan, and make it boil for 3-4 minutes. Dissolve the flour in a cold water, and add it to the soup. Stir well in order to avoid getting flakes. Boil for a minute more. Then add parsley and lemon. Pour it over with canned green peas, and serve immediately.

Makes 3 servings.
