Simple Vegan Pancakes

vegan-pancakesWe often cook pancakes for breakfast because it’s simple and fast which is especially important in the morning when you are in a rush for job or school.


  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • some salt

And now we start. Take a bowl and mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in it. Mix it well. Then add soy milk. Or better trickle it in order to avoid appearing clots. Simultaneously blend it nicely until you get a uniform mass. Then add vegetable oil, and mix again. It is important to start frying on a preheated pan because if you start doing it on a cold pan your pancakes will look flat and won’t taste good enough. Flip them carefully to make both sides cooked, and serve hot with jam.
