Do you know at least one person who doesn’t like spaghetti? It is one of the most favourite dishes for kids and adults. But if you still know such person ask him/her for dinner and cook Italian spaghetti.
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 boxes thin spaghetti noodles
- 1 tbsp pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 jar vegetarian spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 lb. cheese, shredded
Preparation is rather simple. Boil and drain spaghetti, adding pepper, salt and onion. Once noodles are cooked, add sauce and heat 3-5 minutes. Cool slightly and sprinkle with cheese to garnish.
Makes 4-6 servings which means it is a good meal for a family dinner. Or make a romantic vegetarian dinner.
