  5. Make a list of all the foods you wish to buy and strictly follow that list without any add-ons. Most people view grocery shopping as therapeutic but it wouldn’t be for long if you fill your carts with cakes, processed canned goods and unhealthy calorie-laden snacks. Making a list at home is important to avoid temptation. Also, don’t go grocery shopping when you’re hungry as this can ruin the list you just made.

You can either do cardio at home or at the gym. For your exercise to take effect you need to start off with thirty minutes the least and then gradually increase the duration and the frequency as well as the intensity of your activity overtime.

Diet and exercise go hand in hand and they work intimately together to create a healthy, youthful and fit new you.
