This is just one more recipe of a vegetarian meal which is very easy to cook.
Ingredients:
- green beans, trimmed and washed
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- salt and pepper to taste
Steam the green beans. Add them and all the rest of ingredients into a large Tupperware. Close the lid, and shake, shake, shake! Easy, isn’t it?
Serve and enjoy!
By the way green beans are rich in Vitamin C.
