Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 garlic bulbet
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- fresh pepper
- 12 slim croutons
You can use both fresh or marinated tomatoes to cook this simple vegetarian snack.
Slice tomatoes into small pieces. Mash garlic, and add to tomatoes. Slice parsley, add oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to it. Mix it all with tomatoes.
Fry croutons as you like. Then cover with tomatoes in appropriate proportions. Enjoy!
