Cauliflower with Green Peas

Cauliflower with Green PeasIngredients:

  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • some bay leaf
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 3 tbsp grated parsley
  • 1 cup fresh green peas
  • 2-4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt

Heat the oil, and add cumin. Fry it for 2 minutes, then add bay leaf and cauliflower. Stir well.

Pour turmeric, paprika, ginger, and a half of fresh parsley. Fry stirring till the cauliflower is golden-brown. Add green peas and water, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes till the cauliflower is soft.

Decorate with the second half of parsley when serving.
