You’ll need about 1.5 hours to make a delicious vegan banana bread.
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cups vegan sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mashed bananas (usually it takes 2-3 bananas)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- equivalent of 2 or 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup soy milk
Before you start turn you oven on to 325F. Then take two bowls. One (bigger) is to mix the flour, sugar, soda, and salt in it. The other one (smaller) is to mix bananas, oil, and milk. Make sure you stir it all well. Then mix the contents of these two bowls together, and add eggs equivalents there. Pour this paste you got into a greased 9×5 inch bread pan, and put it into already preheated oven for 70-75 minutes. You can always check it with a toothpick.
