Ingredients:
- 1 kilo fresh vegetable marrows
- 3 onions
- 500 g hard cheese
- 50 g olive oil
- 5 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Slice first three ingredients, add salt and pepper, and mix it all well.
Cook at a low heat. Stir all the time in order to melt the cheese. When the cheese is melted, cool it down, add eggs, and mix again.
Put what you get in a special oiled baking form. Cook at 180-200 C for about 30 minutes.
Optional: decorate with tomatoes and parsley, and cook for 2 minutes more.
